1. About ResellerHub

ResellerHub (“ResellerHub”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital software licenses, hosting-related licenses, cloud subscriptions, business email services, and related digital products and services through our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or using a ResellerHub service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when registering or ordering. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, security issues, or violations of these Terms.

4. Orders & Provisioning

Payment does not necessarily mean an order is accepted. Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud screening, availability, vendor approval, technical requirements, or manual review. Provisioning times vary by product.

5. Digital Products & Software Licenses

Most products are digital and no physical shipment is made. A purchased license grants only the rights provided by the applicable software publisher or service provider.

You must comply with all applicable license terms. You may not copy, share, circumvent, redistribute, or misuse a license unless expressly permitted by the applicable provider.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services are supplied or technically supported by third-party providers, publishers, distributors, cloud providers, or infrastructure providers. Their applicable terms may also apply. ResellerHub cannot grant rights beyond those provided by the relevant third party.

7. Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is a Microsoft service. ResellerHub is not Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft 365 subscriptions are subject to applicable Microsoft licensing, service, acceptable-use, billing, and account policies.

Customers are responsible for accurate tenant and administrator information, maintaining appropriate administrator access, complying with Microsoft's terms, and paying applicable subscription charges.

8. Business Mail

Business Mail features depend on the purchased plan and may include mailboxes, aliases, forwarding, webmail, IMAP/POP access, and related services.

Customers must maintain domain/DNS configuration where required and must not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, or other prohibited activity.

9. Pricing, Taxes & Renewals

Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price at order time normally applies. Applicable taxes, including GST or other government charges, may apply.

Recurring services renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Customers are responsible for cancelling before renewal when they do not wish to continue. Cancellation does not itself create a refund right.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use ResellerHub services for fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, spam, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, credential theft, licensing circumvention, or activities that harm our or third-party infrastructure.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services for non-payment, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, third-party licensing violations, illegal activity, security risks, provider requests, or product discontinuation. Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or third parties.

12. Service Availability & Backups

Services are provided on an availability basis. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, Internet/DNS issues, third-party outages, security incidents, force majeure, or provider changes may affect availability.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data unless a specific backup service is expressly included.

13. Chargebacks

Customers should contact ResellerHub before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback after a valid service has been provisioned may result in account and service suspension while the transaction is investigated.

14. Intellectual Property

ResellerHub website content, branding, graphics, text, and designs remain the property of ResellerHub or their respective owners. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal compatibility, unchanged third-party services, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellerHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use or inability to use a service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ResellerHub and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of services, unlawful activity, or infringement of another party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to Services & Terms

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue products and features. We may also update these Terms. The latest version will be published with a revised update date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance subject to applicable law.

18. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of India, subject to applicable law.
